669 ha (53.545 acres) y tiene más de 35 cráteres, que probablemente se extinguieron apenas unos cuantos siglos atrás. Algunos de ellos tienen cerca de 800 metros (media milla) de diámetro y varios cientos de metros de profundidad; alcanzan una altura total superior a los 1.800 m (6.000 pies). Los túneles formados por las erupciones de fisura se distinguen por sus estalactitas y estalagmitas de color azul y rojo.
